-left a very strong and powerful Pan Africa, after his resigning the nation broke into small confederations and civil war, just to be conquered by neighboring nations. people wonder if he had stayed.
The most unused potential power : that would be the peoples republic of china, 3 players came and left, doing nothing or worse for perhaps a fav superpower.
Best peace-time expansionist : Plexus
built up a large powerbase, slow but steady, streaching from north africa to the balkans.
Best war time expansionists : Constantine/aaminion00
constantine expanded to become leader of most of north america, while aaminion00 expanded all over asia, virtually reuniting all former soviet republics.

SATO forces invasion the BDL started a world war, w/ intervantion from india, europe, US and russia
