South African Army Numbers in the Thousands
It is true, our great nation has an army now numbering in the hundreds of thousands, thanks to the great Unification. The South African Confederation is in it's golden age, and President Haroun Kamadi promises it to last 1,000 years. Already plans for the invasion of Zambia are under way.
Zambia to Pose a Significant Threat to South Africa
President Haroun Kamadi has anounced that Zambia is a posing threat to our nation. He explains that if African soldiers are up north fighting the war on terrorism from terrorists leaving the Republic of Congo, there will be none left to defend the border with Zambia. He explains that any normal nation would attack at this opportunity, and so he has taken the pre-emptive strike.
The 1st South Afircan Army is in Preparation
The 6th army has begun to become mobilized in the war on Zambia that is enivetbly going to happen. Hundreds of new Ladak 72's, the new and approved mobilized tank designed by South African engineers, are being transported to the army headquarters in Zimbabwe.
The Federal Navy under construction
What our great nation lacks is a strong navy. Currently the South African navy consists of nothing but a couple hundred merchant ships that aren't yet equipped for battle. With the prepared war on Nambia, the navy's future still looks bleak, but the President has concurred with the Vice Admiral with the fact that every super power in the world must have a navy capable of waging wars that are not with neighbores.
Diplomacy:

Join the South African Confederation and we will allow you all the rights the rest of the nations in the Confederation has. If not we will crush you.
To Sudan -
I think a defense pact is best for the both of us. What think you?
To United States of America -
You have helped us in the past with your health support and food supplies when we were in our darkest hours. We ask for a defensive treaty with your nation, now that it is out of isolation.

Increase each army by 2,000, including the New Ladak 72 tanks, 24c
A new army is to be created: 7th Defense Force. 15,000 men, 30c
Commission the First Defense Fleet, consisting of a carrier, 20c
