WAR BRAKES OUT IN SOUTH AMERICA!!
Sato forces have crossed the border into BDL territory, the BDL had relatevely little or no troops in the south, as their forces were concentrated in the north after the panamanian invasion.
the SATO forces advanced, giving heavy casualties to the BDL 2nd and 5th army, they were forced to retreat, as their capital was completely undefended, in guyana too SATO forces attacked also making advances.
the SATO fleets are headed north towards the panama canal.
the south of the BDL hangs by a thread.
the following is a broadcast from the parliment of argentina, the speech given as the war started:

At a special jonit congress the President, asked the Senate for a vote of war.
An exceprt from his speech: "My fellow Americans as u know America signed an alliance with the BDL. We worked togother over the Canal crisis and Mexico. The SATO has invaded them and I ask for war to support our allies"
The Senate voted 90-0 with ten not being prsent.
A state of war between the United States of America and the South American Trade Orangztion is now in effect.

Take into consideration the BDL's agressive behaivor in places such as Panama, where a defenseless country was taken over by the BDL for no reason other than to further it's sphere of influence. If you pursue a war againstt the militaristic regime that is the BDL, Russia can not promise to uphold your decisions in the future. We sincerely hope you wil take the above mentioned into consideration during the next session of your senate, and will do the right thing in withdrawing support from the BDL.
