Neo Nes V : SUPERPOWERS

The BDL

Unless this conferance is held in a neutral territory easily accesable by all parties we refuse to leave our lands free to attack whilst you potter about with talks of peace whilst all you really wish is that Panama was part of you expanding empire.

(btw i dont have AIM anyway so ill tell America my stance and await to see what happens)

 Umm... well... first of all, that'd be pretty difficult considering that there is almost no neutral territory left in the world, as it's been conquered by the various superpowers.

Second of all, it's just a name for a chat invitation, not an actual event in the update, so there's no way we could kill you. Even if Stalin sais it is, just send some low ranking ambassadors with cell phones, lol.

OOC: theres a big chunk of N.Africa that is free, and like i said i dont have AIM anyway

only 3 orders and lots of diplo it seems to be made, (plus dont really have much time today)
update tommorow.

The EU will attend the Conferance, but at what time will it be at?

OOC: I want to know if we are officially all at a cease fire?

did i send orders Stalin?

not yet

Moscow Summit is currently coming to a close and...

It seems there will be no peace.

A solution was agreed upon on every issue except for pre-war borders in Central America (North of Panama), where USA and SATO had a pivotal disagreement. Right now we're debating on just how much money SATO would pay for pre-war borders in Central America, if any at all.

It should end in a minute or two....

nothing, no peace, no cease fire, no negotiations at all.
We did learn that we will never really be able to agree to peace, at least right now
