To Eygpt: It seems we are the beaten down nations of this world. I suggest we open trade routes and form an alliance together. My current advice to you is to withdraw and allow my instructers to train your army so we can together combat the arrogant Isrealites. Should you accept I estimate it will take 2 years to train your troops and adquately arm them.

To America: You have become overly arrogant as well. All arrogant nations get what is coming to them, trust me on that. That is not a threat, just a promise that you will not forever be the greatest.

To Isreal: We are withdrawing from your coast, but trust me, when the US and Europe abondons you, your arrogance will be repaid in full. We ask one thing though. Allow the energy starved Eygptains to keep their reactor for god's sake. We too are building a reactor to keep rome powered.

To France: We are not to be underestimated, when war comes in between our nations you will not find us easy to defeat.

Despite erronous reports that the Emporer was killed in the terrorist attack, we have indeed found out that the Emporer is in serious, yet stable condition in the Rome hostpital.

Anders Scotterson: I have ordered the entire spy agency of Italy to find the cowardly nation that ordered the attack. Many private eyes are also being recruited in the hunt for the terrorists.

Reporter: That is good to hear, hopefully we will find them and punish them. What do you think of the submarine attack upon the American carriers?

Anders Scotterson: My personal opinion is that they deserve what they are getting. However, the way that they did that to the Americans is not fitting of a nation with pride. The way one should prove themselves is out on the open feild of battle.

Navy: The navy is to be on high alert for the mysterious pack of submarines.

We are launching a full investiagtion of the submarine attacks, but we asure you that it WAS NOT an Israeli submarine. We had all of our submarines by our coast to repel any invasion. When we find out who did this hanus attack we will make sure full justice is brought to that nation.

We recently captured a Major from the Republican Guard, whom during interrogation claimed he knew the location of a top-secret nuclear weapons research facility. The facility is near the Syrian border, and is heavily guarded.We have sent 1.500 men to attack it, along with the SAS regiment, and we hope the battle will end in our favour.

As you probably know by now the Iraqi Republican Guard have laid siege to Mosul, the biggest city we control. We have over 8.000 soldiers there, but that may not be enough to keep the Iraqis at bay. The 2 Spec. Ops Rangers are currently in Mosul, but are on their way out of the city to go to our main camp to train the guerilla fighters. If you could paradrop supplies and troops in to Mosul, it may turn the tide of battle to our favour.
Hussein has yet to use his chemical and biological weapons against us, but there is no doubt in my mind that he will, but we also have Sarin gas in our possesions, however we would not like to use it on our fellow country men.

Our Rangers are going to need some help, and so also send 2 more Ranger divisions and 5 army divisions. Have the army personel be on seperate transports spread out, and have the carriers be on FULLY alert. If anything looks suspicous, ask once, the open fire. Is this clear?"

Send 20 destroyers, 10 Battlships, 20 cruisers, 20 submarines, and the 2 carriers to the Persian Gulf. Have helicopters scout ahead and check for enemies while on the move. Fleet put on full alert.

Begin construction of two more carriers, and tow battleships. Replace the lost aircraft by building more.

Have remaining Atlantic Navy patrol American coast.

We are currently investigating the attack of the subs and here is our report on what our spies have discovered:

Isrealite subs were definately postitioned along the coast at the time of the attack. Our spies have cleared them of all blame in this.

French submarines were also present in the Med. Sea at the time of the attack. Whereabouts were unknown.

Most likely the British had submarines as well, but are ruled out by political analysts.

The Eygptains also have a small sub fleet in the Med., whereabouts with them are also unknown.

Also, in all honesty we too had 3 wolfpacks operating at the time of the attack. 2 were positioned along Isreal and the other was shadowing the French fleet.

Also we have learned from sources that the attacks on the Rome celebration and the American carriers were most likely connected, so we will provide considerable support should you find those responsable. We except similar support should we find the responsible nation.

I thank you for your efforst on finding this wolf-pack, as it is a topic of world0wide security. The CIA (would that be what the CIA does?) is also investigating the attack in Rome and the Attack in the Indian Ocean. I have come to these conclusions:

I agree with your possiblities of who could have attacked Rome. As we speak secret police are hunting possible suspects throughout Italy. We must remember though that the evidence points that the attacks were a combined effort on someone's part and if we find the person who did the attack on Rome we will find who masterminded the attack on your carriers.

Speaking of the carrier attack, our spies have identified 5 possible locations the submarines could be based at along the African coast. We request deployment of 2 American divisions to help us hunt them down.

1-in a cove along the Nile.
2-along the Isreal coast (not nessacarly Isrealite subs though)
3- Persian Gulf
4- across from Gilbrator
5-In Sicily

With your permission we will send 3 commando divsions to investigate the Nile, across from Gilbrator, and Sicily. Your American divisions should check out the other locations as our naval power is no use there.

Ok, those seem reasonable positions. The newest American PT boats are patrolling some spots inthe Med, and the sea between Madagascar and Africa. If you want, they can also investigate the nile. As we are low on Naval Ships, we do not have the necissary ships, but I feel someone does...

Britain,

I request your help with finding the submarines that sank my fleet. If you could, please scout the areas anounced above by Italy.

To America:

Feel free to take the Nile, as Sicily will take up a good deal of time as we are having problems with the local Mafia. Very wise to involve Britain, as they are the ones most likely to have the equipment availible to search for the subs.

We have discovered a few other possible suspects.

1: the Sicily Mafia, never underestimate these people, when Mousilini came into power he lost a good deal of manpower on trying to quell the Mafia.

2: France, who has recently become very hostile to my nation and may have masterminded the Rome attack. If this is true than most likely we are dealing with 2 separate groups.

3: Kazhak natinalists; as you know the Russian President was attending the celebration, so it is entirely possible that they masterminded both attacks in attempt to frame Russia and kill the Russian President.
