New and Improved Global Rankings Page

I've updated the Civ3 Global Ranking page in line with recent discussions in the Civ4 GOTM forum.

The defaults are the same as before, displaying Score Rankings relative to the best score in each game. But now you can also choose to display rankings based on DaveMcW's Speed Ranking formula, or Combined Rankings where the better of each player's Speed and Score Ranking is taken for each game. You can also choose to have the list sorted by Cumulative Ranking or by the rankings for the latest game you have selected.

I know I can rely on you all to let me know if you spot any problems with the new version

Ooo, I know how to get to the top of the speed ranking: play 100k every game! It goes uncontested so often (or won by a milk runner), that one would be bound to get loads of max scores.
So I guess this scoring method is better suited to a game with a larger field of competitors, as Civ4 has... of course I'm just sceptical becasue my GPR position goes down using the speed ranking .
