Here's an interesting idea I just had about an old strategy that should benefit from the changes to city-state bonuses: a science game as Arabia!
Jesuit Education is not prioritized by the AI anymore and should be available for the last religion
Found the last religion once you judge you have enough Holy Sites
at least 2 religious and 2 scientific CS needed
6 envoys to the religious CSes, 3 to the scientific CSes
Cheap T3 religious buildings at 90% discount (Wats may be gone though)
Early Madrasa at Theology
Early game will still be slow, but mid-game should be a bit faster and late game faster
