I used to play this amazing mod for Civ 5 which added The Inuit, under the leadership of ''Ekeuhnick'' they had some very nice bonuses on tundra and arctic terrain, aswell as a very nice background.
I'd love to see an official civilization of this, but for now the hope is that we at least get them as a mod.
