New Civ3 Interview

Ha! My thoughts exactly Graeme! I was just telling my wife (an avid Civ2 player, though she doesn't quite understand these forums....) this evening that it would actually make a difference what Civ we picked at the beginning of a game. For some reason the Cossack brought it all home for me. Maybe the fact that the Russians are the first civ with an Industrial era special unit..........

Anyway, I'm now looking forward to trying out several Civs, first the Romans, then the Japanese, then the Russians, then......... well, let's see the rest!

The Manhattan Project is an example of this. Why should all civilizations be able to build nuclear weapons after YOUR civ did all the work. Now each civilization will need to make these kinds of breakthroughs themselves.
