1.I'm Kosovo Albanian
2.Witch History teacher told you that Albanish Settlers came in Kosovo???Kosovo or ancient DARDANIA of the illyrian tribe was our's since 3000-2000 BC.You took kosovo in 1913 in the Conferecne of London but now it's ours
3.The serbs bllocked the main road Pristina-Prizren and then they killed 3 childrens not 2 (one has not been found) and UNMIK is stupid.
4.First Serbs killed the prince of austria-hungaria.So they started the great war (WWI)and then after the conference of versalies they were united as Serba-croatia-sllovenia (i think so) and later they called them Yougosllavia.But after titos death first croatia than Bosnia and now Kosovo are independet.
And why now should be Serbia includet as a Civ in C4???
Better will be the ancient Illyrians tribe.

Gladly. Yes I know about Babylon, WWI and WWII and some of what the Serbia did there, but what do you want to know/ask/state? By the way, while I am advocating the importance of Sumeria, I am NOT by any means undermining Babylon. Babylon is one of the greater ancient Civs, I am only stating that Sumeria is too.
By the way. I do not think that anything that anybody did in WWI or WWII should be a reason for a civ to get into Civilization. Civilization is a game that stretches over 6000 years. A war, albeit a big and influental war, or two in the last century should not have too much importance, even though it is from "our" century.

i am from slovenia and i like america just a little more now becouse of you.. about serbia to be put in civs.. well i think that serbia is a part of Slavs (not slovenians that is just us
) and so is russia.. but to represent the Slavs i belive russia is better than serbia.. turks would be more likely.. but i agree that some non european civs becouse europe is smal and romans, franch, germans, english and greeks (meybi russia and egipt too) are more than enough !! i would like to have south america and esspecially africa more represented! mongolians would be a good idea.. as for hebrews babilonians are goor for meShyrramar

Mongolians are in C3C (or were they already in PTW, can't recall now..). Hebrews have nothing to do with Babylonians. They are of different ethnic and lingual group. Well, nothing may be a bit exaggerated

Just to make it easier for us Americans, why not create one generic Eastern European Tribe, one from North Africa and one from the Middle East. 
Seriously, I'd like to see 10-15 new AI added and the ability to add new ones made simple so that designers/modders would be able to add any new ones that were desired by the gaming community. There is no reason why even the mythical (Atlantis) societies would not be available.
Of course, the designers have probably already decided against the trait and UU options for the next version so this is probably all being discussed in vain.

Having mythical civs would be...interesting to say the least. Some might say this is against the concept of Civ, but it isn't necessarily so. There are already mythical (or atleast ones that are not clearly true) wonders in the game and even a couple of mythical technologies (SDI-defence, anyone?).
Perhaps we should just make it simple and divide all the stupid civs into two groups: The Americans and The Others?

Kosovo was our always and Albania didn't exist since WWI when Austria gave you undipence so Serbia wouldn't go to the sea so don't tell any stupid things and how could Kosovo be yours ,I repeat on emore,when you began to exist in WWI!!!!And one children who drowned first said that river took them and later that same kid changed statement and "reason" as you call it was only etic cleaning nothing else.How could you explain that Albanians took other Ablanians from other parts of Kosovo so that they could attack stronger.

Kosovo originally belonged to Byzantium. Under their rule, farmers and herders from quite a number of tribes came to live there, Albanians being (just) one of them.
(Only) thereafter, in 1180 AD, Kosovo became part of Serbia, to gain some importance two centuries later when a.o. Serbs and Albanians fought there side by side against the Ottomans.
So, from a historical point of view, no tribe can legitimately claim this province all for themselves.

Yes you'r right but WWI and WWII were the greatest wars that the humanity saw.Remember about 50 milion humans were killed in only 6 years in the second world war.
I think It is good to ad all civilizations in one WWI and one WWII scenario like in conquests

Now if you both would try to remember that not all teachers are always correct, and that even historians can make mistakes (imagine!), so you should not always accept everything you heard as The Truth (as we see here: two opposing Truths; where do you think you will ever get with that yes-no-yes-no-argument?).
