New Civilopedia Entries

I am having trouble figuring out how to make a brand new civilopedia entries. I am building a modpack, and some of them have no civilopedia entrys, so I wish to make them. Particularly in this regards i need to make a new game concept with three sub concepts. Does anyone have a template file that I could use to write these?

I actually have very little experience modding civ v, other than stitching together the mods and merging conflicting files like cityview.lua. I dont know how to make anything new or use any of the tools (everything I do is done in notepad++)

The other half of this question is something I already asked, but i think I did it in the wrong forum section. So to quote myself:

Can someone assist me on this manner? I am trying to put the finishing ties on my modpack, and I am encountering a bug with CSD. The five national wonders: Scrivener's Office, Gutenberg Press, Foreign Office, International Finance Center, Hall of Honor. and Palace of Science and Culture, do not have their cyclopedia entry show up in the national wonders section, but instead show up under buildings. Interestingly the Consulate (the 7th national wonder) does show up in the correct spot.

I have been digging now for a while and I cannot determine what makes a building show up where it does.

Related but separate, does this function "Building_PrereqBuildingClassesPercentage" not work without the community patch mod?
