New Conquests Metal setup screens

Perhaps wrap things up and post either the whole set as a package in the first post,
or you could put links to all of the parts in the first post.

These were great, so I downloaded them. Keep coming up with good ideas :)

Yeah I'm planning to do the whole interface its just a matter of finding all the files.With the conquest expansion they have used files from all the directories.
So some are in PTW , CONQUEST and CIV3 art and other folders.Its a real mess.But im slowing getting there.:)
If you see any mistakes I make just mention them and ill fix them up.As for posting in one big file well thats a bit further down the track as I sort out all the files.Ill just keep posting them as they are finished so they can be tested and enjoyed.
Nice to see you like them.
 
thnx for the files man you're work is really appreciated. The only problem is with the science advisor, i can't really tell what techs ive researched and wich ones i have'nt.

Do u plan on doing the Foriegn and trade Screens as well. U done the trade tabs but not the background thats why i ask. Also if its not to much trouble could u do a set of Science backgrounds without the lines in it for those of us that are doing modified tech trees.

EDIT:Attachement - Art.zip contains the in game interface seen in screen1. And the "exitBoxBackgroundstates.pcx" <-- It's the exitsymbol on the advisors screen.

Ok I have finished all the other screens .... I think.
I can't find the hall of fame screen.If anyone can point out where it is I would appeciate it.

Ok in this release there are the following screens....

The Histograph
The Demographics
Tile Info
Spaceship
Replay
Ranking
Civ Content
Game End
Preferences
Espionage
The play screen interface boxes
The Scroll bars and arrows.


This will be the last lot... if one of you other talented guys wants to finish off all the little buttons and things it would be great.

No preview this time as most of you get the idea what they look like now.

NOTE FOR BLUNT3D AND OTHERS....
I see what you mean with the tech tree boxes so I have redone them with coloured bars on the top so you can see what you have researched and what is still out there.It was too big to attach so has been put into the zip file and re-uploaded.
 
Again excellent work but can someone help me please. I am sure that I have downloaded everything that I need but the only screen that hasn't changed is the Science one, all the others are fine.
I must have done something wrong but I am not sure what, any help would be appreciated :)

Solution......

Well I have figured it out. I am playing the RaR mod and it uses a different Science tech tree of its own design and so that one, unfortunately, is not changed.

all u have to do is replace them in the mods file folders and it'll work and u won't be changing the orginals of civ3 only the mods.

thanks these are great and i'm using them in Storm over Europe mod as a update with other stuff.

Thanks for your idea, however as the tech / progression structure within that mod is different to the std game then by replacing the three files it does change the background to a metal colour but the arrrows that link the techs are then in the wrong place and don't connect each of the advancements. Also the "Modern Times" tech page is still not Metal as there are files additional to those modified over and above those used in the Conquests game.

um, where exactly would i put these files in order to use them in my civ3 conquests v1.22 game?
