Shouldn't a replacement have been sought for Italy when Stapel NMRed? I thought that was the system agreed upon after barron's withdrawal.

I think he should be required to return control of the territories he took from Austria. Actually, that sounds good. Maybe Russia and Turkey should do that too. Not buying it? Didn't think so...

I couldn't be bothered and no-one was around. I have rather alot on, which means I've got alot to think about which means loads of procrastination.

Stapel smsed me again. This time from Bavaria, southern Germany. He sent his sms'es on friday but I got to read them just today. My inbox on my mobile phone appeared to be full so I recieved a whole bunch at 1 time...

Anyway, he asked me to do his moves as he went to Germany and forgot to bring his laptop (on which he installed civ3 and RP to do his pbems and diplo's). It is too late now - he is a NMR.

He feels very stupied and says sorry to you all. I guess he will be back on friday.
