YEAH i know the feeling , sometimes you do so much the same way, you sometimes forget about one easy (to you) step and poof. Anyways i again would like to thnak you for all youtr help, HECK , now i can do any picture to DDS no problem. THX:goodjob:

I never use gimp, i prefer IrFanview to make changes to batches and size, alot easier.

you're welcome! it's always a pleasure to help someone :D

i heard about gimp and irfanview, but i bought 2 years ago a good graphics-software for 20€ and it works great.

Thank you, thank you very much, 0d1n3oo3Broad! - Truly gorgeous flags you've made there :goodjob:

I'd actually made a bunch of civcolor-flags myself for my medieval mod but probably with less time and experience than you to do them well so I'll be replacing some of my flags with yours. I love the German eagles and that Norwegian lion you've got there.

thanks hr_oskar! :D

@strategyonly
those looking good!
hehe, those would be good for a x-men vs the simpsons vs family guy scen :D

/bugfix: 31.07.2006 flagdecal_munkindl.dds hasn't contained the munich child, but the seagull. this was fixed and the seagull is added as flagdecal_möwe.dds.
also added ingame screens

What file do I add these in after I extract them?

the flagdecals belong to Art\Interface\TeamColor
the buttons to Art\Interface\Buttons\Civilizations

the button(s) for the flag(s) you will use can easily be done by yourself in the desired civcolours. that's the mono_XX.bmps are there for. i would recommend DXTBmp (haven't link here, but a search in google could do it also) for dds-editing.

look in the tutorial-section, there are plenty good tutorials for button-making.
