I would like to withdraw my application and endorse SAaM.

I would like to throw my hat into the ring for this position. Attached(if all goes well) is my application. I would also like to introduce some property value ideas for the RPG Managers to discuss:

- only the immediate radius of a city(surrounding 8 tiles) should have a modifier of 1.5. Cities are usually built so closely together that virtually every tile will enjoy this premium under the current rules.

- for balance, I would then recommend that property value be in direct correlation with city size. For example, Shaitan's current formula x (city size/3). This formula should not be used until a city reaches size 4(that city's land would then see a 33% increase in value). This way, property value will not plateau once all improvements are made to the land.

And here is the map. There are some ownership mistakes due to fast fingers(my paint program would only 'undo' 3 times-my apologies to Octavian X) and wrong assumptions(though I'm sure Great Iguanaman's property will belong to Vanir soon enough!) Also, the blue lines indicate lands already accounted for while land within the red lines is up for grabs---SOON. The white lines? Alas, a failed idea that could not be undone.....

Yes.... I'll have to agree.... Land Manager is an offcial RPG poistion. It falls under the Real Estate section (which I'm head of). And as both Real Estate Head & RPG Sub-manager I must say that you HAVE to post a poll with all availble applicants.

The only RPG positions requiring elections are the 4 RPG Managers. donsig is the Price Manager and this office (as well as Real Estate) falls under his jurisdiction.

And, I'm going to make my first (of many) complaints. Donavon Zoi's map marks my Mount Doughnut at -2/-2 as donsig's. A correction is appreciated.

1. I still overule him as I am RPG sub-manager. Donsig is price manager alone.

2. Real Estate was created by the RPG manager. It was not created by the price manager. It was made to handle house selling & tile's. Price Manager is in charge of Declaring Business's legal and about everything else to do with personal business's. Yes.... The selling house's part of the Real Estate agency in under the Price Managers control, but I gave that job to acroama homes. Also as you suggested I agreed to make selling tiles ok, but also posted that due to time constraints I will not be able to do that. You agreed to handle that.

3. Exactly were does it say that the Real Estate agency is under the price manager's control? Also their are not 4 managers. Their is currently 1 manager and 2 sub-manager. The manager is elected and then the manager decides on the sub-managers. BCLG picked Civanator, Saam, and I. Civanator got bannd from the RPG which leaves only SAAM and I as RPG sub-manager.

There are 4 Managers of the RPG. The Game Manager, Bank Manager, Item Manager and Price Manager. Those are the only official managers in the RPG. Any other managers are helpers appointed by one of those 4 positions. The Price Manager is responsible for monitoring prices and for ALL items sold by the RPG.

Nope you got the System wrong.... The Game Manager is the top guy.... everything he says goes. He nominates Sub-managers to help him out with that job. Also he can create differant departments to run the differant sections. Thus we get, Bank Head, Price Manager (He is the manager of pricing.... He does not out-rank the sub-managers or the manager or even equal them for that matter).

Also when I became Real Estate Manager I gave Acromoa Homes the power to sell house's to all new citizens, thus putting them in charge of house selling.... I am still allowed to pull that power away from them.

No.... The rules over the managers inside of the rules thread was created by you. It was not voted upon by anybody. You can not just make up rules and add them without somebody complaining....

The stuff about the managers etc. WERE NOT inside of the rule set BCLG accepted....

Also.... If you want to continue a Flame War then fine.... go ban yourself.... I'm staying quiet intill BCLG come's handles this problem.

Only part of that ruleset was accepted.... The part about the character stats and the stuff from the the last rule set, but you did not take all of the rules and put them into one thread.... You added some stuff that was not accepted as a rule.
