Hi guys, I have a suggestion for a leader in Civ IV or V, maybe one of you modding brainiacs would take some interest to this configuration:
Muammar Gaddafi
Traits: Irrational - Destructive
Special unit - MiG 23
Special building: Airstrips (decrease pop. in all cities with 1 and decrease unhappiness with 100% for a short period of time.)
His land has lots of oil resources which he'll offer to other large civs, and suddenly stop trading randomly. Will go to war on himself, deny this war is happening, offer peace negotiations and utilize airstrips.
While this leader certainly doesn't have the prospects of world domination, he definitely brings some challenging diplomatic issues to the table, and when religious victory is enabled he might just pose a minor threat with his sharia.
