Well I had a little look at the game...The number in front of each city's name is its current size.

9 Olympia
current - Bank
Next - Most likely a wonder (just 39 turns to complete Hoover Dam and thats not including caravans), Sewer system in the future.
Note: Clean the polution!

8 Hippoville
Current - Factory
Next - Bank / University / Freight

11 Dreadtown
Current - Factory
Next - Sewer system / bank

10 Cornmaster
Current - Bank
Next - Factory / Sewer system/ freight

10 Dellville (has low production at the moment)
Current/next - Market, however I would like to see this changed to a factory or an offshore platform, which could then be rush build to improve production. Then the market could be built quickly and so could a library and possibly freight

6 Viroconium
Current - Freight
Next - Freight / Possibly some military units

5 Spice Haven
Current - Temple
Next - Freight / Some other imrpovements could also be built

2 Renmark
Current - Riflemen
Next - Diplomat / City walls / Riflemen

6 Dukeshire
Currrent - City walls (could be rush built)
Next - Riflemen / Diplomat / Library / Cavalry (If we are going to attack the Romans in the near future)

Do we need a library in Dukeshire at this stage?
I don't know whether or not it has a marketplace but that would take higher priority for the moment. THDP can take up any science slack we may need it to so libraries aren't super urgent. To be honest, the build queue in Dukeshire should depend on how people react to my attack plan mooted in the military thread but I still don't think a library is necessary yet.
Are we not building the Hoover Dam anywhere yet? That surprises me as it's one of the most important wonders. I suppose that we are so far ahead of the others in tech that they will not be challenging us but we would be better off with it as early as possible. An aqueduct in Viroconium would also be nice on the end of the build queue. Just for the future though. :)

If we decide to prioritate mongols and germans over romans, then Dukeshire could use a barracks to heal its units faster bewteen the roman attacks. Building an engineer in Spicehaven would IMO be a good idea, since we only have one in this area and there is plenty of terrain to develop. Other than that I agree with Dell´s suggestions.

duke, Hoover Dam is being built in Fort Pornstar. It is halfway through and will be finished in 12 turns. The romans recently started building Hoover in three of their cities, but we will most likely get it without rushing anyway. :)

I checked to see whether THDP was building it so I didn't see it was being built in Fort Pornstar. There were two other wonder choices and Olympia could start building a wonder and then change production to another wonder.

I can still see starting a wonder in Olympia after the bank and a sewer. I would think that once SETI comes along we'll have it done quickly here if we start now.

We should hold off for now on a barracks in Dukeshire. We're not too far from Mobile Warfare where all of our barracks will be sold. We could build some after that. I have no problem rushing walls there - I actually meant to do that last time. I guess we'll have to see where we stand militarily before we decide on infrastructure here or more units.

Some engineers on this island would be a help - as Spice mentions. Would you mind if I sneak a few in?

Dellville would benefit GREATLY from an offshore platform. I'll change it forthwith.

Everything looks good, Dell. Thanks!

Fine by me! Its difficult to judge the need for engineers from just looking at the game so feel free to build some more.
