This is really cool. The title "Japan" doesn't really do it justice with the whole of Korea and Manchuria and the east coast of China. There must be some scenario this could be used for.

Russo-Japanese War and Sino-Japanese war come to mind! Or the Mongol invasion of Japan or Japanese invasion of Korea. And probably 50 others too!
