New mods and units

How can I instal new units what I downloaded from this site??

You can't "install" these - they are art, not ready to use mods - they need to be modded in the game.

The simpliest would be do download a modpack, which incorporates the units you want... Varieatas Delectad, Wolfshanze, Cultural Diversity come to my mind for having lots of units.
