new one!!! need help

hi everyone, my name is Eyal.
i play civ 4 for a long time, but sience last week i have a problem: after i run the game, my screen flickers and make strange random patterns, which are really annoying.
i tried playing with display features in windows but i cant get rid of that.
i also reinstalled the game, but the flickering is still there.
if anyone encountered this problem and solved it, let me know.
