new patch. Your first three....

Varies. Varies. Varies.

Anyone who follows the exact same path every game is a fool.

I almost always start with a scout, a worker, and the Tradition opener

After that, depends on who/where I am

Liberty full,
Warriour, monument, worker,
Pottery, writing, depends

As was already said, depends, depends, depends
But as for "most likely unless circumstances specifically dictate otherwise":

Probably 9/10 times scout/worker/warrior (possibly archer post-patch) with perhaps an occasional monument thrown in there.
Tech - most times whatever tech(s) I need to work my most valuable resources.
Policies - still up in the air with new patch, but I reckon:
Tradition: opener then either Legalism+monarchy or Oligarchy+aristocracy (or piety opener) depending on current cultural building etc situation
Liberty: Opener, free settler, free worker
Honour: Opener, left side if rushing, right side if not

I'm sure OP knows that it always depends, depends, depends. You guys are just being pedants. What OP really means, i'm sure, is what your ideal opening is. There have been multiple threads of similar fashion discussing common openers.

I'd comment myself but I really haven't had the opportunity to get a solid game in with the new patch.

My ideal opening? Nuclear missilex3+SS parts.

(general rule of thumb, obviously varies most times!)

Liberty / Settler SP / Worker SP
Scout / Monument / Worker...
Mining / Bronze / Iron (if rushing) or AH / Pottery / Calendar (if cultural)

I pick my policies based on country (I like to role play). > Japan=Honor, Greece=Liberty, Egypt=Tradition, and so on. Usually I decide on 5 "acceptable" policy trees on turn 1.

Scout/Scout/Warrior

Techs completely depend on the terrain/resources surrounding me.

This is what I do when I have nothing better to do:

Build: Scout, Monument, Warrior
SPs: Honor for Barb bonus, Liberty, then Citizenship for the Free Worker/bonus
Techs: Mining, Masonry, Pottery, Writing

Always changes of course: In a game with Egypt right now, went with Tradition, Aristocracy first and then Opened Liberty and completed it. Now working through Piety (nice synergy with Burial Tomb and getting the Piety policies) and normally I go for Patronage or Commerce right away.

Really can't say anymore. All 3 policy trees are good openers in the new patch depending on circumstances.

Tech-wise, I usually bee-line writing but not always.

Production-wise, I usually do scout first unless I took a civ that benefits from barb kills. (Aztec, German, Songhai) 2nd and 3rd productions entirely depend on SP. If I'm going tradition, I do a worker then another warrior. If I'm going Honor, I do a Warrior then a Worker. If I'm doing Liberty, I get a monument then a warrior.

scout/warrior, worker, depends, often something from a tech I've just researched

Animal husbandry, depends, depends

depends, depends, depends... even though I'm kinda addicted to the culture boost at the tradition-opener, so it usually ends up finishing the tradition-tree...

I can't play, becuase the symbols for Stone are missing. Whenever the icon for Stone should appear, the game crashes. :/
