you could of course make a 'no movement' unit named jungle looking exactly like jungle. It could represent a jungle-unit of terrorists, a listening post, secret bunker or whatever. Destroying/capturing it could give the attacker a sum of gold or something. You could even make it not have a shield disclosing it's position (by removing the blue dots in the green lines)

Willem, the shield doesn't disappear because there are no blue dots. It is just placed at the standard position. Instead, one could place the blue dots on the furthest right and lowest positions, so that the shield won't be visible.
It could also be placed, so that the unit itself covers the entire shield.

If there are presence of US in this scenario coz every now and then they are in Phil. even if the bases were close
I think why did The Spain the former ruler of our country does have not close as compare to US imagine 333 yrs colonial rule compare to 48-50 to US and US is still top traders in Phil.

Ashley: There isn't ascenario about the Spanish American War in Philippines, but it's an interesting idea

If you like JAPR's scenaries, I sugest you to try Grenade, about the US invasion of that isla.
I would also love a scen about the Spanish disaster of 1898 of Cuba and Filipinas. There were a very famous film (I believe it was a film) some scores ago called 'The last mens of Phillipines' (Los últimos de las Filipinas)
