1) PM an appropriate moderator
2) simply post a zip here
3) upload your file to the mod hub.

Any of these solutions will work (2 and 3 ofcourse being the fastest).

Moderator Action: Moved to site feedback.

File approval is a manual process, which can only be done by admins, and they'll do it when they find the time.
But after some time this should become a non issue, because approval is only needed for members with a postcount below 30.
