New Specialist: Magistrate/Judge

I needed this for my own personal mod, so I made it up using Rufus' great work. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on it, so it's not that great, but I thought some of you may enjoy it.

For those who do not want female judges until the industrial era, here you go.

Well, you know how you have Tax Collectors and such. This is for if you wanted to add another specialist that has the role of a Magistrate.

I'm going to use it as a corruption reducing specialist for Ancient and Middle Ages.

I didn't think about doing that. Good idea. Thanks. Although, personally, it doesn't really matter to me at all. Especially, if you pretend there are some matriarch societies. But it can be changed easily enough.

Are you serious? That looks like something Elton John would wear!

Search some pict for Italian judge (try giudice) and see that this is the official coat of judge. If you don't like it, search for german of danish: on continental Europe this is the most used...

Yeah, I know. It's the British style "Barrister" or Judge's wig. Apparently, King Henry the something was going bald so he had a wig made. Well, it became the fashion. The new fashion infiltrated the court system. It has been tradition ever since!

I have Play the World installed and I only see the option for bonus luxuries, research and taxes.
