I do Recommend that you add the Magenta and Green to the palettes. The Large Icon shows magenta where white 251, 251, 251 was used.
Also Recommend Resolution 72 with 32 x 32 for Small and 128 x 128 for Large Icons.

Thanks Vuldacon. For some reason, Photoshop reverted to the original palettes. (Still learning how to use Photoshop....)
