New to civ thread: general civ questions

Hello,

I'm a frequent Civ 6 player but i don't have much involvement with the community itself. This is my first post and i am wondering if you can answer some pretty basic questions i have:
1. Am i able to kick players in game? If so, How?
2. Am i able to check ping in game? If so, How?

On the left, around the tchat, you need to press "show the list of players".

Yes as stated check show player list and you can kick players and if you hover over their names it will give you their ping
