New Unit is in-game but facing the ground

Hello everyone. I've recently got into modding Civ 5 and this is the first mod I'm doing on my own. I'm creating a Infantry Vehicle unit as my first test. I've managed to get the mod to load and the unit to appear and be built and move, but it is facing the ground. Can anyone look and see what I may have done wrong? DL Link here

Import these files into the VFS; you probably don't need all of them, but I don't know which ones you do need and so I usually just import them all. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=11586187&postcount=2
