Is it ok that he's quite dark? I'm not sure if I can lighten him up or not but would it even be needed?

I prefer the dark color, mainly cause of the era and because its a partisan not a recruited soldier. A lighter camouflage is a modern look post WW2. Maybe having 2 models to choose from would be best.

Interesting unit....

I think I'll have the mercenaries in the Tweaked Out mod upgrade to these guys in the modern era, with the exception that these partisans will have Stealth attack, but not have hidden nationality (thus ending the headache of the endless shadow wars in the early modern era).
