Nope I don't do anything relating to art for a living (although I'd love to be able to) I have sold a few paintings but so far nothing in the computer art realm.

Well what do you for living becorse this is a great unit.

Just a temporary job at the moment... I went to college for Art and that's what I'd like to do but unfortunately I live in an uncultured area :)

Hmm, last time I checked Milwaukee wasnt in Pennsylvania... ;)

I was in Philadelphia last weekend, and I bet a talented person such as yourself could find graphics work there. :groucho:

Well done Kinboat.

Well maybe on either end of Pennsylvania we get a little culture leaking into the state from other regions but I'm currently located smack dab in the middle... The place is even called Middleburg :) I think I like the country too much to move to a city anyway...

. . . And one day later. I've dowloaded them all;).

Awesome units Kinboat:goodjob:

Awesome I am so glad to see them finished. I wil add them to my Magic: The Gathering mod as soon as I get home and off this dial-up connection.

Brilliant units Kinboat; I may do a goblin unit to go with them, and perhaps a high elf spearman or archer. On secenaro Ive always wanted to do is JR tolkiens Silmarilion, perhaps only part of it...

Please do!!!! This would mean so much to me. If you could make several versions of your goblins/elves with slight differences (weapons used, size/shape, etc) I would be SOOOOOOO happy.

The 'Reign of Fire' begins!!!

Brilliant reptiles, Kinboat!!!

Whooo hoooo, those are briliant. As you can no doubt tell i like dragons, and i'm sure i can find a way to fit them into my er, modern era game. I like the idea of an everquest scenario, and perhaps someone should do the sleeper (electrical dragon) though i cant remeber its name. I have actually seen the sleeper in the game on Firiona Vie server...thankfully it was still asleep at the time otherwise i would be dead :)

Well I'm using them as a barbarian substitute at the moment... so their strong just not too strong. Something around the knight. But if you're using them in a scenario specific fantasy type thingy I'd say they should be the baddest things out there :) I said this in the read me but I'll post it here too... They were designed to be land units despite the fact of their flight.

The units_32 files supplied are not fully compatible with the default one. The red dragon changes to whatever color the civ is, and the rest have no civ specific color marks on them at all.

Any plans to fix this in the near future?

Well I didn't really do much for the units_32 files... I basicly just took one of the pcx files and cropped and resized a frame, then pasted into the original file. If I get some free time I might try to refine them a bit.

I used Poser 4 and Jasc PSP 7... Previously I've used Moray and POVRay for most of my units.

Don't say you moddeled this dragon in poser? didn't think that was possible.. and I can't understand how you can animate in Poser  Everytime I try I move the arm around toughing his own back or something :p

Anyways, great unit! :goodjob:

Wanna write a Poser Tutorial?

I didn't model it in Poser... While it is possible it's much easier to use models that others have made. Modeling in Poser is basicly making an object in another program then importing it and assigning it's skeletal structure. I used a dragon model (with some modifications) from DAZ3d...
As for animating if you use the dials on the side instead of dragging the arm you can stop the chest from following it... Or you can temporarily turn off the Inverse Kinematics Chains.

HOLY ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dragons are comming! They look so real...not that I've seen a real dragon...Good job!:goodjob:
