New Units

I notice that it seems that all that is happening here is that units are being reskinned but no new units are created. I don't have Civ 4 yet so I would like to know is this because it is not possible to create new units in the game? Or is it very difficult?

Creating "new" unit models is currently not possible. We're going to have to wait a bit for that kind of thing to get figured out.
