i thought you can only cross ocean tiles, when you see the coastal tile and he has only 1 sight with his elephant, so he couldn't see it.

Lots of good changes I think. Only one question:

Court Scribe - Is that the Scriver's Office?

Isn't it a Tradition building for the Palace?

Just checked -- it's not in the Tradition branch. I'm assuming it's what was fka the Scrivener's Office. Someone (Stalker0?) recommended a buff like this for the building.

I just noticed how strong Alhambra is in my current game -- good move nerfing it.

Whatever the balance changes I hope you fix them so winning becomes possible again. I used to win on king or in the past emperor but now everything goes well until @ turn 300 or so and then the requirements to keep the cities happy become ridiculous.
I generally play on sandstorm with Morocco. I've been up as much as 30+ in happiness and the next turn I'm 2, then a few turns later -4, etc, etc, etc, until I get to (in one game) -20.
It's the only mod I play and I like your work but this last iteration is only giving me lots of problems. :)

What are you going to do for Civ VI?:goodjob:

Take care.

Nothing has changed on that front (happiness), but the AI is getting better. You may need to step down to prince.

Re 'Court Scribe' that is Scrivener's Office yep.

Unhappiness from religion couldve been the cause of that. My last game (8-9) I suddenly stopped about 20 happiness cause one of my cities converted.

MMmmm... Is this supposed to be happening?

Whenever i ask her what would end this conflict she comes up with this but she won't actually accept

I completed 6 policies in tradition, but the medieval policies did not unlock. Has something changed?

Edit: Never mind, it's just a graphical thing on the social policy screen. I can open medieval policies.

I got denounced by alexander on the ancient era for being a "menace to the world" or whatever. My army was composed of a single Warrior and a Scout. Is something up, here?

If it matters, it happened just after I approached his capital with my Scout, though I am not sure if that was the reason.

denunciations in the early game usually only picks a reason at random. I've scouted Elizabeth's capital on turn 2, and on turn 3, without discovering my capital, I've gotten denounced with the reason "The land you've taken is rightfully mine"

On that note, your 'menace to the world' could possibly be from having a scouting unit touching his border (which results in a -5 for 'threatening military presense')

Try this....

1. Remove all mods from C:\Users\Yourusername\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS

2. Clear cache: Go to C:\Users\Yourusername\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache folder & delete the .db files. Go to ModUserdata folder & delete everything in there.

3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets) and delete anything called UI_bc1

4. Go to steam and verify cache.

5. Install mod, go in game, click mods & the enable all mods(there should be 6 mods), click next. click single player, click setup game.

If that does not work then uninstall and reinstall CIV 5 then repeat steps 1 to 5.

I worked! Thank you, really:) good job for the mod and keep doing great[emoji106]

they don't like you?

(FRIENDLY status does not guarantee FRIENDLY approach, it could be DECEPTIVE)

Two notes.
1) Newly built AA guns/SAM launchers have weird "Flak targeting" promotion icon - sometimes it's road or village. :D Also you can choose this promotion even if unit doesn't have Drill II.
2) You cannot build or buy Atomic bombs when you've researched technology for Nuclear missiles. Bug or intended?

I have a rather weird thing going on with my game, I'm posting here mostly to see if I'm alone on this. I'm kinda guessing so since the issue is extremely obvious and I've not seen anyone mentioning it.

Anyways, when an AI tries to refresh a luxury trade, they still technically own the luxury and for that reason the trade is always listed as "impossible". It's not in any way gamebreaking or so, but it is fairly annoying and I'm guessing the AI contacting the player about impossible deals probably isn't helping the game performance at all.

Yeah, Atomic bombs goes obsolete with Advanced Ballistics? Haven't it always been that way? I mean that's how all other units work, when you get a new version of it, the old one goes obsolete.

Yeah I have had the AI make trades impossible if I offer a luxury. I could sell them some iron and horses for an acceptable price, but if I offer them some Marble on top, it suddenly becomes Impossible. Hasn't bothered me too much so far as I'm usually able to sell to someone else.

Are you using the very latest hotfix I posted at 1am today? I think I fixed this.

I do have some problem with knowing what time you're talking about as you're probably not in the same timezone as I am in, but you have not posted any new posts in this thread since I downloaded (except the one I'm responding to now)

You could build both atomic bombs and nuclear missiles back in BNW. And there's some kind of logic behind this: atomic bombardment lowers city population with the same rate, be it atomic bomb or nuclear missile. So if you want to destroy a city you just drop an atomic bomb first and after finish it with nuclear missile. So it takes one less uranium than if you've used two nuclear missiles instead.
