Hi Butterball! Welcome aboard. You've got a lot of reading to catch up on 
. Basically to sum up (I'm sure Whomper has let you in on what's going on), we're expanding like mad with a 4 -turn settler pump. Building military in Dunderhead, Workers in Ignoramus, & will probably pull all three out of Jesterton.
MIA (Greece) is to our south we can safely assume. They sent someone that should be in our country in order to deal with us
. Other than that, it's all fluff.

Oh ... man! I've read thru a few of the threads & I have to admit that I'm a puppy. You throw around acronyms like a first language. I've checked the CIV Acronyms list and still can't find all the ones that I've seen you use. What are:

Just so the team's aware this man is unstoppable in Monopoly. He would make deals with my sister like "I'll give you Atlantic and Baltic for Park Place and Illinois (both to complete monopolies for him) and three free rides" on his properties. His rule was no one else could say anything when there were negotiations going on. No wonder I could never win.
Here's a link that may help you with all the jargon. I just learned wOOt recently and it means good things I understand so feel free to use it. I would also focus on the threads that are "stickied" (the one's with tacks on them). Got it?

For quoting, click "Quote" at the bottom of a post, or if you are quoting things from multiple posts, copy/paste the text into a message, highlight it, then click on the quote button (the text bubble in the same line as Bold, Italics, and Underline).

GPS - Ground Positioning Sattelite, you know a device that shows your exact location on the surface of our planet ( I guess you new that, but I couldn't stop myslef )
NIC - thats an economic term ( Newly Industrialised Countries ) which refers to the countries that are being invaded by the multinational corporations. Those include mainly the post sovietic coutries in europe like Poland.
Well, I havent been here for a while! I also have a lot to catch up.
