GOTM162 Wang Kon of Korea
In game number 162 of the classic game of the month series you will rule as Wang Kon over the Koreans, who are Commercial and Scientific and start the game with the knowledge of Bronze Working and Alphabet. The sponsored victory condition for this contest is the Diplomatic victory, which is acheived by being elected Secretary-General of the United Nations. Games finished in any other way are not eligible to win this contest.
Will you be able to bring the American representative to vote for Korea?
This is a Regent-level game designed by me, Più Freddo. The Korean unique unit is the H'wacha, a stronger replacement for the Cannon. I have given it the Lethal Bombardment Ability on land and at sea in order for you to be able to use it to trigger your Golden Age. Otherwise all rules are standard.
We continue to use a modified form of the standard PTW scenario, and although no bugs have been reported in some time, it is possible that play testing has not been exhaustive. Any in-game event or behaviour that a player feels is unintended should be reported to the GOTM staff immediately.
