Yes, camps do not remove forest, or jungle.

Thanks for the information about the patch. Now that you mention it, I do remember being given this option in a recent game. My bad.

As far as using hereditary rule for happiness goes, that will work for a while, but make sure you are the Secretary General when the U.N. gets built. It would be devastating to be forced into universal suffrage late in the game.

It is going to be very funny to read, and you have the courage to do something that I have not the courage to do in a WOTM as I barely survived my 1st experience and will probably not survive my wotm2 !!!
