I'd like to see Tibet, actually. I'd be curious what sort of game that would produce.

As long as we are talking about what we want!!!! I'd love to see an expansion that allowed for multiple world play in one game (i.e. stargate). Of course, this would take the game to a whole new level of playing time and you'd have to throw out the time limitation for winning.

I wouldnt mind being able to make canals. In Earth maps i always make a city to take the place of the Suez or Panama canals. It would be cool to make canals between rivers and oceans and Naval ports that act like Forts.

The canal thing can probably handled as a mod (I read something about that in a mod forum on here). There is a mod out there that allows for undersea cities and and underwater tunnels much like Call To Power.
