nid help on "Cannot Locate the CD-ROM / Please Insert the Correct CD-ROM"

no cd cracks are against forum rules - so you won't get help on this here.
IIRC Civ4 shipped with 2 CDs and the two are wrongly labeled did you try both cds?

Got the same annoying problem. A few days ago bought Civ IV: Complete and yesterday tried to install it. After that tried to start a game, too. Since last night read a lot of forums/ posts/ updated maybe all kind of drivers and cursed the copy- protection of the game. The one and only time that "Civilization : Beyond..." started I saw its version- 3.17.
p.s.: Then it will be a Galactic civ- respect for the customer
