Switch Nintendo Switch Issue - Help

Hi,
I am playing on the switch. My world has the plague, one of my cities is at unrest, so I can do no production. It will not let me move to my next turn because of this, as it wants me to do something. Is there a way on the Nintendo Switch to force the end of the turn to advance on?

I have had this happen when I try to have the city spend production on repairing a tile. I have to repair it with gold, but production on something new works. Not sure if that helps, but it's all I have to offer.

Unfortunately it wont let me use gold or even set up a queue it will not accept anything, but will not move on to the next turn.....

Hm. Have you tried the old off and on again? Autosave should mean you don't lost more than a turn at most?

Out of curiosity, if you try to build a new district, does it lay down the district but then erase it when you exit the city menu?

I did turn on and off, no dice. You go to put in or repair one with money and it lets you go through it but it does not do it nor does it take the money. There is a warning that you cannot do it for 16 turns....but you cannot end a turn....started a new game and there again

can you try link a raspberry bluetooth keyboard to the Switch?? I don't know if it could work or not, you should do your own research...

Interesting, I have never connected a keyboard to my Switch. I came here because I thought it was a nice community to help each other out. I have also sent a ticket to 2K about it, if I get an answer I will share.

Do you have any city projects you can do, like the ones that convert production into science/culture? Sometimes when one of my plagued cities get stuck, I switch to one of those to make it do something and I can usually progress from that.

By city project, I mean options like "Research Initiative" and "Cultural Festival", which doesn't require placing anything on a tile and usually works when a city is plagued in my experience:
