aye, i am. about the avatar, I KNOW, there's just something so inexplicably funny about it. i once randomly remembered it in church and then tried to hold in laughter for about five minutes.

Hi, I'd like a flag based off this design - it's pretty clear why I can't do it myself.
If the image isn't clear enough, it itself is based off of this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Emblem_of_South_Korea.svg (although I definitely don't want the ying-yang in the middle - this isn't a Sejong replacement)

I'd be happier with the central globe removed, unless you can do something great with it. If you do come up with something, then the word 'Parana' would have to go, since it isn't strictly a Parana civ...

Colour scheme: Green and White, like the flag. No specific shades.
