the game runs perfect, awesome music to go with the tempo, but im very upset that there is no Hannibal or for that matter any form of Carthegenians.

I mean c'mon, they brought the roman empire to the brink of ruin!!

My thoughts exactly! Hannibal Barca is my favorite figure of antiquity, I loved when Civ 3: PTW came out and I was able to be Hannibal and Carthage, Conquests was even better with the rise of rome scenario, how I loved to squash Rome and then Egypt, Macedona and persia under the feet of my War Elephants and the hoves of my heavy calvary!

Face it, the Carthaginians are just not as influential as the Romans... and the Native American tribes never had the degree of control that the included empires do...they weren't even real empires.

Civ IV was meant to be modded...I'm sure that you or someone else will eventually make these other civs available.

I don't know how you can say that the Carthaginians weren't as influential as the Romans, Hannibal was 1 choice away from toppling the Roman Empire but instead he allowed Scipio Africanus the Younger outwit him on the battlefield.

As for modding, I'll let someone else do it lol

Yes, the Celts will be modded in by me, and I hope an eventual mod pack with lots of other civs. I was really impressed with much better Civ3 got with each new addition, culminating in Conquests, which made me not even want to think about the earlier version.
