No city-states mod?

Hey all,

I'm not a fan of the way that city-states affect the Civ 5 game, and would prefer to not play with them. However, this tends to slightly unbalance other aspects of the game: the Patronage tree, diplomatic victories, and Civ traits for the Greeks, Austrians, and a few others.

Are there any mods out there that might improve these aspects while maintaining most of the original game?

There are a few mods that improve on city-states, but I've seen none that try to compensate for their non-existence.
