No CS influence from a barb-kill when it's from city bombard

I would put this in the category 'very minor', but it shouldn't make any difference for the concerned City State whether it's one of your soldiers who kills the barbarian or whether it's bombard from one of your cities.

The City attack also doesn't count for the sink 357 ships achievement for England (just as a sidenote). However one gets culture and gold (from honor opener and finisher).

For me this is not minor. It's just a normal bug
