There's a no random events option, and now with 3.17, a no espianoge option. I demand a no Inca option. They ruin every game I play. Outteching everyone and building every last wonder. They get the pentagon and hoover dam every game. They seem to be pooping up alot in my games lately, and I hate HC more than giant robot anime and Hitler combined.

I have said quite a few times that game creation options would be really nice with couple of excludes, like civs on random except for x & y for both opponents and selection.

Well, anyway I advice killing him ASAP. HC is very annoying like you said. It depends a lot on the map though. The computer isn't very aggressive with HC unless they have a gigantic power lead, so it doesn't tend to take land very well. If HC opens up with a lot of land to be had peacefully (which the quechas will help with), or god forbid if the !@#$ gets a gold or gems start, it gets really annoying.

There are few things as terrible as losing to CULTURE . However, when the AI you need to attack has a generation tech lead on you and the culture cities aren't coastal, there's not an easy answer. Sure, you might be able to raze the city, but the resulting war winds up being too crippling for the human to win the game often .

I hate the annoying super-tech wonder hog. I usually want to axe rush him so badly I can't stand it.

Don't you be dissin' Evangelion, now. Every other giant robot anime is fair game, but Evangelion is off limits.

I agree Neon Genesis Evangelion is awesome...to be honest HC has never caused me any problems at all....

Hmm. Huayna Capac is usually a non-factor in my games, apart as competition for wonder races in the early game (where he isn't as bad as Louis). I tend to spam wonders in most games I can afford to, so maybe losing a few races throws him back considerably.

I can't say I noticed anything special about him in Deity games either though (I typically don't build more than 3 wonders in those); I'll keep my eyes on him.

So far I've managed to wipe him out once and make him an annoying neighbor who won't let me pass through his borders to evengalize/war on everyone else.
