No Limits patch? What's that?

Searched the site and another site but their reference is dead. What is the "no limits patch"?

The patch was designed by my friend Julius Brenzaida. It allows you to play on much bigger maps than the 'vanilla' game. You should be able to download the patch from Apolyton.
