No Music or Voiceover

Ok, am not seeing this reported anywhere else, but I'm getting a 2D Audio error with the latest patch. This means that I'm getting all the ambient sounds in-game, but no music or voice overs for technology. Is anyone else seeing this?

it should work fine. Just checking: you did not turn music and voice off in the settings
is there any error message?

I am getting multiple error messages popping up every so often-saying something along the lines of "2D Audio Handling error". Usually this message pops up right before a tech voice over or an era specific music change.

could post a screenshot? do you have game logs? can you post your dxdiag results?
