No Options?

Hey, I just downloaded this SWEET mod. I have been looking for a game that was like Lords of Magic from way back when, and this is damn close.

However, I only have Civ4 vanilla and warlords.

Meaning I can only use .23

I have no options to change any of the mod components. Like, when I click the OPTIONS button all that is there are the normal civ4 options. Nothing about world spells, heros, or anything new.

HOWEVER, the victory conditions are correct(there are the extra FFH options), which is confusing me.

are options just unavailable for patch .23? Or do I need to edit some text file?

its pretty damn annoying. What am I doing wrong?

so yeah, every game I have played I havent been able to cast any world spells. Thats what im most worried about....

IIRC worldspells were added later, so they're not in 0.23 ...

If I recall, pre-BtS, the mod team had no way to access the game setup screen directly, so they couldn't add new options. The victory conditions are probably just read from whatever file specifies them, the way the leaders and civilizations are.

So the options are just unavailable.
