I can't believe that all of these years have gone by and no one has written a program that will convert hotseat to WorldBuilder format.
Yes, it could be used for cheating. But you can cheat when playing chess, too.
I want to develop a scenario by playing all of the civilizations myself. Once I get to a certain point, I want to convert the game save to WorldBuilder format. I find it bizarre that I can't do anything like this.
