no Quality Control for my "Special Edition" Civ order

Well I pay a higher price and I notice two things that are wrong.

1) I am missing pages 73-86 in my Civ Manual.

2) The Tech tree poster is entirely in French. Does me a whole lot of good since i took Spanish in high school...
