No Sound in road to war

I have civ4 complete the one without colinization.The game runs great for me and all the mods and scenarios work except for road to war.It runs fine but with no sound any idea how i can fix this?This is the scenario i want to play most,any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you download my updated mod it has sound restored.

NOTE: you must have installed Civ 4 as I described in my second line of my signature.

Hey kiwitt i downloaded the update but where do i unzip the files to?

hmmmm ... Are you using Win7 and installed as per my thread in signature.

No im using vista 32 bit home premium.

Same issue: Win 7 and Vista have similar problems.
