No Uranium avalaible (is this a bug?)

As you see, I can't build this unit apparently cause the lack of uranium:

you see, the problem is that uranium is revealed by physics but enabled by fission so you need that researched to actually use it. Unfortunately the game does not make to good an effort to actually tell you

Hmm, I don't see uranium listed in the city rooster, meaning that it isn't getting to your city. Did you just build the mine over the uranium or establish the resource link between the uranium and Hastings?
