I cant help to see how a small decision may help Yasutan greatly.
I urge you to make None of the Above make a settler next turn, and settle the place shown on the map right south of the capital. This nice port will be to Yasutan as Ostia was to Rome and Pireus was to Greece. We need a port soon for our overseas expansion, and what better place than to fetch a premium port site with both silks and silver not covered by other cities. These two resources alone reaps 10 gold per turn. Workers can chop the trees for a lighthouse, so the city can grow rapidly. The good thing, this will work within the next turnchat, producing the settler takes 4 turns, settling the spot takes another turn, so in fice turns, we may increase our gold input 8 gold per turn more, then 4 more when the city expands to take the silks as well as the silver.
This is a quick way to generate gold, please do so, as well for Yasutan as your own great province. Compare this to simply generating some wealth per turn.

Hmm, interesting location, that could actually do quite well, and I love the name. I'm a little cautious to settle a new city however when we've got a war going on, for fear of maintenance costs, but this one would be acceptable, it's close to the capital and it will begin producing a good amount of commerce quickly with the sugar and silver already there and improved.

Berlin would already be taken when this is up and running.

Your city has been approved Methos, by a majority of 75 %, or 6-2 votes, so it will be built next TC in NOTA.

From looking at the save I see a settler can be built in four turns with the current setup. Looks like my Aimag will grow this TC.

Yes, four turns production in NOTA for a settler is a very fine investment for a new city with already improved silver and sugar waiting.

"None of the Under" is probably better than "None of the Below", for NOTU sounds better than NOTB. In five turns, the city will be up.

Why not use the existing settler, since the poll on its disposition is leaning towards not building a city in the East? Then NotA can build a worker instead, to improve the new city.

I have put up a new poll for the Eastern City, so this is not over yet. Go on producing that settler in NOTA, the settler in Equus Aurum is already earmarked the eastern city we are already in the process to settle.

I suggest waiting, instead of seeming to give orders which are outside your area to other officials.

If we have a settler already in EA, I suggest using him for NOTB. I disagree with the second city this turnset and I don't feel the need to build another settler since we already have one. I see no need for my building of a settler.

No need to seed conflict here, he originally mentioned he would build the settler, at his own accord. Anyhow, it seems we will use the idle settler in EA anyways, which is good. Can't understand someone let it be idle there for quite some time, that is a question we need to ask ourselves.

I would like to request that the settler currently located in EA be used in settling the city of NOTB.

Yeah, we've seen units (especially naval) in SG's put to sleep and go many turnsets before anyone remembers they've been sitting idly by. :D
